→ From Idea to Publishing: My New Go-To Workflow for LinkedIn Content

3 ways I’m making content creation easier (and faster) — including the AI tool I’m now obsessed with.

Hi friends 👋

If you create content for LinkedIn, you’ve probably been there too:

👉 You have the idea

…but it’s stuck in your Notes app.

👉 You write a few lines

…but something feels off.

👉 You want to turn it into a carousel

…but Canva (even though I love it) feels like too much work.

That’s been me lately. I’ve had a backlog of ideas I just didn’t feel like turning into polished posts.

So this week, I’ve been experimenting with ways to make the process easier — and faster.

Here’s the workaround I found:

🧠 1. Start with structure, not a blank page

Sometimes I don’t even write full drafts anymore.

I just brain-dump the key point I want to make — then ask ChatGPT or Notion AI to shape it into a short hook, body, and takeaway.

Even if I rewrite the whole thing, it helps me see the shape of the post faster.

📊 2. Turn words into visuals early

This is where I used to get stuck.

I’d write something, then procrastinate designing it.

Lately, I’ve been using a tool called aiCarousels to skip the design block and batch-prepare my posts.

Here’s what stood out for me:

  • You can turn blog posts into carousels in seconds — great if you’ve got articles you want to repurpose (like me 🙋‍♀️).

  • It even works with YouTube videos. Just paste the link and boom: you get a carousel.

  • No blog/YouTube? No problem. You can generate a carousel from scratch (using AI) based on a topic, or write your own content and let the tool handle the visuals.

  • You can create quote cards, infographics, staircase-style posts, banners for your profile, and more — all optimized for LinkedIn.

It’s become my go-to for visual LinkedIn content.

💡 3. Share the “obvious” — it might not be obvious to others

One of the best reminders I got this week:

You might think everyone knows what you have to share.

But it’s not true.

Your audience hasn’t lived your experience. What feels obvious to you could be the exact thing they need to hear.

So even if you think it’s “nothing special” — share it anyway.

If you’re sitting on a bunch of half-formed LinkedIn drafts… maybe try one of these. Or reply and tell me what’s slowing you down.

Quick heads up: I liked aiCarousels so much, I became an affiliate. If you decide to try it and sign up through this link, I’ll earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It helps me keep testing tools and sharing what actually works. Thanks for the support!

Talk next week,

Kate 🌟
