💡 7 Resources That Bring Inbound Leads On Autopilot
From checklists to calculators, here’s how to create high-value resources with AI that build trust, save time, and attract leads.

Most founders I talk to want more inbound leads (or even new/passive revenue streams)…
But the bottleneck is always the same:
Creating high-value resources takes too much time.
And I get it. A well-made guide, template, or tool can take forever to build. Especially if you’re a busy entrepreneur juggling a lot of things alone or with limited resources.
So it’s easy to think: “I’ll get to that later. It’s not the priority right now.”
But it matters so much more than you can imagine.
Resources aren’t “nice-to-haves” anymore.
They’re what nurture trust and bring in leads on autopilot.
Here’s an excellent example of why you shouldn’t postpone creating the resources anymore:
Alex Hormozi’s famous $81M launch wasn’t powered by one giant product.
It was built on a stack of layered value, packaged into bite-sized, high-impact resources that kept people in his world and moved them closer to the bigger offer.
That same principle applies whether you’re launching at $81M scale or just starting out.
I’m talking about small, useful resources your audience actually wants. You can use these as:
Lead magnets to grow your email list
Low-ticket products for extra revenue
Bonus assets that build trust and authority
But what can these resources look like?
Checklists: 10 steps to make a short-form video for social media
E-books or mini playbooks: A complete guide on how to get more brand deals as a micro-influencer
Swipe files: A bank of high-performing email subject lines or TikTok hooks
Templates: client proposal or monthly reporting templates ready to customize
Toolkits: bundles of frameworks or resources packaged together
Calculators: Estimate the ROI of switching from X to Y software, cost savings, growth projections (use Lovable to quickly make these apps using AI)
Infographic one-pagers: Quick visual reference sheets your audience can save or print
Think about the simple resources that would save your audience time, help them avoid mistakes, or give them confidence to take the next step.
How to use AI without ending up with generic results
When I say “use AI,” most people imagine opening ChatGPT and typing: “Make me a checklist.”
But that’s not going to give you a high-quality resource.
The trick isn’t to let AI “invent” for you.
It’s to use AI as your assistant so you can go from idea → draft → usable asset much faster.
Here’s how I approach it:
Step 1: Define your goal
Do you want a lead magnet to grow your email list?
A low-ticket product to sell?
Or a freebie to nurture trust?
Step 2: Describe your audience
What are they struggling with right now?
What resource would remove friction for them?
Step 3: Give AI a clear prompt with maximum context
The more details you provide, the better the draft. Include:
What your business does (describe in depth)
Who the resource is for
The exact problem it should solve
How you’d like it formatted (checklist, template, calculator, etc.)
Here’s a starter you can copy:
“I run a [type of business]. My service/product is [explain in depth]. My target audience is [describe]. They struggle with [pain point]. I want to create a [checklist/template/guide] that helps them [goal]. Please draft a structured version with clear steps/fields they can use right away.”
Step 4: Polish with your expertise
AI will give you a solid base.
But trust comes from you. Your lived experience, mistakes, and what you’d do differently. That’s the layer your audience can’t get anywhere else.
And that’s exactly what turns a “resource” into something people actually trust and use.
So if you’ve been putting off that checklist or toolkit your audience actually needs, this is your sign to draft it this week.

Creating big content takes time.
